Stadiums Queensland
Stadiums Queensland is a statutory body that owns, manages and promotes major Queensland facilities for the staging of world class sport, recreational and entertainment events.
Racing Queensland
Racing Queensland’s primary function, under the Racing Act 2002, is to be the control body in relation to each of the board codes of racing. Racing Queensland's vision is to be the number one sporting industry in Queensland, connecting people through great racing, events and the love of our animals.
Brisbane 2032
The Brisbane Organising Committee for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games – also known as Brisbane 2032 – is responsible for organising the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games (the Games). Some of their key responsibilities include: event coordination, including torch relays, opening and closing ceremonies; essential revenue raising through sponsorships and the sale of official merchandise and tickets; managing temporary venue infrastructure (overlay); managing the operation of venues during Games time; marketing the Games; and volunteer recruitment.
Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority
The Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority is responsible for: investigating and planning for potential venues and villages and related infrastructure for the Games; delivering venues in time for the Games; monitoring and ensuring the delivery of villages in time for the Games; and coordinating and integrating the planning and delivery of State, Commonwealth and Local Government obligations under, or related to, the Olympic Host Contract.
Queensland Academy of Sport
The Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) is Queensland's high-performance sports agency responsible for preparing Queensland elite athletes, teams and coaches for world class success.
