Disability service plan

Our plan ensures people with a disability have equal access to department services, information and facilities available to the broader community and outlines actions we will be undertaking to improve this access. The plan recognises the right of people with disability to participate as equal members of the community contributing unique skills, experiences, perspectives and knowledge.

The department values the contribution of all employees and service users, including persons living with a disability, and remain committed to inclusivity and accessibility. Consultation with representatives from various stakeholders, including individuals with disabilities, has shaped a collaborative approach.

By removing barriers embedded in internal structures and systems, we aim to create positive impacts for our current workforce and future employees.
